AIS Manager

The ISMS AIS Manager system is an optional software product; its motto is “Security Plans In Seconds, Not Weeks”.  It uses a Graphical User Interface (GUI) to create and modify AIS information in a SQL Server database framework, then create a Protection Profile on an as-needed basis.

The workload for maintenance of the database records can be distributed throughout the organization (i.e. the Personnel office assigning people to roles within the AIS, the computer room technician maintaining records of hardware/software, etc.).  When a Protection Profile is needed, the manager simply presses one button and AIS Manager invokes Microsoft Word and fills out a pre-defined template with the current information from the database.
