Raford Hair, ISP - President

Raford Hair has more than forty years experience in Industrial Security, the last twenty of those years directly involved in the development of software programs to enhance the security of the United States. Since 2002, he has been President and CEO of Integrated Security Management Systems, Inc., a software company whose sole purpose is the continuing development and improvement of the Integrated Security Management System (ISMS). ISMS enables the security manager to easily deal with the numerous tasks that are required to ensure the protection of classified information and is installed at numerous Government and commercial organizations operating in both the collateral and SAP/SCI environments.

Mr. Hair’s security background began with the United States Army and Military Intelligence assignments throughout Europe and the Middle East. In the course of these assignments, he was required to deal with classified material at the highest levels, thereby gaining a deep appreciation
and understanding of the intricacies involved. As a software developer, he utilizes that background to ensure that the programs he develops meet the requirements of all the pertinent regulations and, at the same time, make the job of the Security Manager as simple as possible.

Mr. Hair holds an Associate in Security degree from Northern Virginia Community College and has taken numerous computer related courses, to include software development and network engineering. He is certified as an Industrial Security Professional (ISP) through the National Classification Management Society.
