Incoming Visitor Authorization Letter Module recording allows input of the information contained on a Visit Authorization Letter received from an external facility. Common information is input first and then detail information for each visitor is added. Information indicating visitors who require special handling can be entered and then promptly displayed during visitor registration.

The IVALs module contains three primary tabbed screens: the first identifies information concerning the sending organization; the second tab enables you to record information concerning individual listed on the visit authorization letter, including the visitors identification and clearance and briefing information, the third tab enables you to identify points of contact for the visitors
