Known Visitor Information contains a record of each visitor to your facility, whether or not that individual has a Visit Authorization Letter, or a Security Clearance. The Known Visitor function serves several purposes: it provides information on visitors that have either visited your facility or have a valid Visit Request on file; citizenship information, facilities represented by the visitor and visit information which includes type and dates of visits; and Clearances Information on file at you facility.
